We typically only need 1 volunteer during pantry hours. We offer 2 spots in case people would like to partner with a buddy.
The pantry is small, so if you are a large group (more than 2 people) looking to volunteer, please contact us so we can discuss options.
Volunteer shifts are:
Thursdays: 4:30 to 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Shifts start 30 minutes before opening for set-up/assignments.
If you can't stay the whole time or can't come at 3o minutes before the party opens, let us know! We are flexible!
What to expect during your volunteer shift:
You will be assigned to one of two roles based on the pantry’s needs:
Check-In Table: Greet visitors and assist with sign-in.
Pantry Assistant: Help clients move through the pantry and select items.
